Weight loss is not easy- especially if you have tried to lose weight before with no success. People tend to develop self defeating thoughts that eventually hurt their chances of losing any weight at all. This of course is problematic for many. Too many people start to believe so strongly that it is impossible to lose weight that they never end up trying to lose weight to begin with. I of course would disagree with this thought process. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it.
